They say our group lacks motivation; and according to many, LOACAs lack the capacity to learn new tasks, learn new skills,  grow, stay vital and relevant.  Well…we shall see!!! ‘Cause one of my goals on this site is to prove”them” wrong.  I, therefore, want to showcase women our age taking part in activities not normally associated with Ladies Of A Certain Age.  Take a look at the awesome LOACAs in the video below.

As far as I’m concerned,  one of our goals at this juncture in our lives should be learning new skills.  Unfortunately, many of us are caught up in the day to day grind of pleasing others.  You know what I’m talking about…caring for grandkids…looking after aging parents…placating ungrateful bosses.  Let us change that mindset.  ‘Cause “we” need a little TLC as well….not to mention the occasional placating.

The women in these videos are unknown to me.  I just happen to come across them while surfing the web.  They are motivating and inspiring.  They also put a smile on my face.  Laughter is, without a doubt, one of natures’ best remedies for the doldrums. I urge you to seek it out at every opportunity.  I certainly do.
